TRUSTEES
Christmas Care is a registered charity (number - 1131756) run by a small committee of Trustees and co-opted volunteers that coordinates all the project volunteers, donations and everything else needed to enable the guests to be so well looked after over the festive season. The current Trustees are shown below.
John Jensen - Chairman & Trustee
John has been supporting Christmas Care since 2015 and became a Committee member in 2019. As well as supporting the charity, John also volunteers as a Coach of Kingsdown Lions FC and oversees two girls youth teams. John enjoys the volunteer work he does and sees it as a way of helping improve the lives of young and vulnerable people in the community.
John Davidson - Treasurer & Trustee
John has served as Christmas Care’s Treasurer since 1999, and has been a Trustee since 2009. He also:

is currently a volunteer in the Prospect Hospice warehouse; and
-
volunteered for 20 years with Swindon’s breakfast club for the homeless, Big Breakfast +, including many years serving as a member of the Management Committee.
He is an active member of Swindon’s Dorcan Church, currently a Trustee on the Church Council. He has previously served as Council Chair and as a Church Warden.
Victoria Hellyer - Trustee
Victoria has been helping at the charity since the mid “noughties”, became a Committee member in 2013 and a Trustee in 2017.
Victoria currently works with her husband in digital marketing, and worked most of her career as a chartered surveyor / web professional for Drivers Jonas Deloitte.
Grant Hutchings - Webmaster & Trustee
Grant has been volunteering with Christmas Care since 2014, becoming a committee member in 2022, and a trustee in 2024. He is responsible, inter alia, for Christmas Care’s website.
Grant is a local engineer from Swindon, who has also previously coached the local American Flag Football team, Swindon Storm.
Caroline Hull - Trustee
Caroline has been volunteering with Christmas Care since 2015, becoming a committee member in 2018, and a trustee in 2024.
Born and bred in Swindon, Caroline has worked in hospitality all her working life. Caroline is a keen netball player and has volunteered for Vixens Netball Club - a club set up for players with learning disabilities. Caroline is also a foster carer, and has been for the last 6 years.
